What Has Miley Cyrus Become?

What has Miley Cyrus become? She's been caught smoking, again. Smoking? Really? Haven’t you been taught not to smoke when you were in school? I’m not saying this as a gossip blogger or anything like that. I’m saying this as a Miley Cyrus fan who is extremely disappointed right now. How did Miley go from a sweet, funny, nice, little girl to an inappropriate, dumb choice making person. It’s a horrible sight for her fans to watch.

First of all I don’t get how she transformed from good, to just ugh. First she started wearing strippy clothes and now she’s smoking. Okay, maybe we can look past the clothing. I get that she wants to get away from her Hannah Montana image. Wait, pause. Let me back track a little. Why does she need to do what she is doing to get away from her Hannah image. I know she wants to be more grown up but being inappropriate isn’t going to help. First of all, she’s just being stupid because, she knows perfectly well that if she acts the way she has been acting then the entire media will buzz and make a big thing about it. Second of all, why would she need to do bad stuff to become grown up. Third of all, it’s stupid to try to grow up. Growing up comes naturally. It just happens. If she just let it happen then she would have grown to be a better person and by the way she acts and the work she does people would be able to see that she has become a strong, mature women. But obviously, she hasn’t. She’s been making incredibly stupid choices.

I used to be a huge Miley Cyrus fan. Miley has a huge fan base full of kids from 4-15. A lot of little kids love her. She says that as she grows her fans grow with her and she says that they will understand her but do you think a 4 year old is going to anytime soon understand. Now, back to the topic I really wanted to talk about. Why is she smoking? It’s setting a horrible example for kids. Kids in school these days are learning not to use drugs and there she is using drugs. An 8 year old may think, “oh, Miley is doing it so it must be okay!” She is setting a horrible example. Smoking isn’t even part of growing up. It gets you addicted and it can kill you.

So what has she become? I think a stupid choice making, inappropriate, bad girl. And yes, girl. She really isn’t a women yet because I really don’t think she is mature. Miley basically left her Hannah Montana fans. I also think she shouldn’t try to get away from Hannah Montana because, that is what really started her career. Think of Selena Gomez. She said in an interview once that she will not leave her Disney Channel fans because they are what brought her where she is today. Good for you, Selena! Selena Gomez knows that she does not need to do what Miley does to become more grown up. Selena is a mature, women and if she continues to do more mature roles she will soon be loved by people of all ages! Or Shia Labeouf, he was amazing in Even Stevens. He played such a kiddy character and now he is playing Sam Witwicky in Transformers and more mature roles like that. Same for Demi Lovato, Hilary Duff, Raven Symoné, Ashley Tisdale and all of those people. So I think Miley really needs to look at all of the fans she’s disappointed because there are many and she is only hurting herself.
