It's all true! Well not exactly. In Transformers 3, it's rumored that Starscream will join the list of death in this movie:

The Fallen


Optimus Prime (Came back with the power of the Matrix)


Megatron (Came back with the power of the shard from the Allspark)


Also, Michael Bay had earlier reported that Megatron dies again but this time it's final! This is the final movie if Megatron dies for good!!!
