Make A Wave RadioDisney Premiere

What’s up teens? Matt here and I’m posting the Disney Channel Friends for Change supporting song, “Make A Wave” by Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato. I like it. Send It On is better but when Joe and Demi sing together it sounds so good and the connection between them shows. Listen to the song in this video and download it here.



The music video will have its world premiere on Disney Channel March 14 and launch online the following day at Disney.com. “Make A Wave” will be available beginning March 15 on iTunes, with all proceeds benefiting environmental charities through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund (DWCF). ”OCEANS” hits theaters April 22, 2010 (Earth Day).

“Make A Wave,” an inspirational duet by Hollywood Records recording artists and Disney Channel stars Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, recorded for Disney’s Friends for Change: Project Green and to be featured in the upcoming Disneynature film “OCEANS,” was unveiled in an exclusive performance during the “Celebrate Family Volunteers” event at Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Selena Already Working On Second Album

Selena Gomez is already working on her second album which she says will be different and much older.

"We were gonna do a deluxe edition of my album, but we started on some songs, so we figured, 'Why not? Let's just go for a second one,' " she explained. "It's kind of different - older - and it's kind of got, like, a reggae sound."
As to the producers she plans to collaborate with Selena says:
"Well, I want to work with the producers who did "Naturally". They are so sweet." Selena rocks!

Disney Channel Original Movie 16 Wishes

Hey guys! It’s Matt with the scoop on the all new Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) 16 Wishes! Staring Debby Ryan (The Suite Life On Deck) and Jean-Luc Bilodeau (Kyle XY). This was Debby’s big surprise she was going to announce! Her own movie!

Abby Jensen (Debby Ryan) has been planning for her 16th birthday ever since she was a little girl ­- she can’t wait to grow up. When the big day actually arrives, she excitedly adds her 16th and final wish to the Wish List secretly taped to her closet door. But disaster strikes and Abby’s about to have the worst birthday ever when she receives a box of Sweet Sixteen Birthday Candles, each of which corresponds to a wish on her list! As her wishes come true, her day gets better and better until she makes a wish that changes everything and helps her finally understand that being a kid isn¹t so bad.

I’m very excited for this movie! I think no matter how it turns out it would make a great sequel! The title for this movie hasn’t been confirmned if it’s Sixteen Wishes or 16 Wishes. This movie was released in the begginning of February but they didn’t have the full plot like this! I’m pretty sure there is more to the plot. It just hasn’t been released yet. Are you excited for this movie?

Selena Gomez New Zeland Radio Interview

What up? Matt here! Selena was in a New Zeland Radio Interview yesterday and she mentioned her friendship with Demi Lovato. Remember the “Ask Taylor” comment Demi made? Well yeah, that’s what she is talking about! GW? (Guess What) Their frineds!



So they are still friends. Just think about it first. Remember, Selena is a private person, so she wont dish out her personal life to anyone. As for Demi's response to a fan in London, Demi made it quite clear that they're not friends anymore. Plus one of her friends dislikes Selena aswell. So Selena's answer maybe false IDK. I’m just sayin! If it’s reall true then that’s greatb that they are still frineds.

Official Plot:

Hilary Duff Engaged!

Hey! It's Matt! I'm here posting something amazing! Hilary Duff is engaged! I heard about this a few days ago but then I heard that it was a rumor. Then at Disney Star Mania I saw a picture that some paparazzi of her fiance Mike Comrie proposing to her. I'm so happy for her! I love her! I have a lot of her songs on the TE Playlist and I loved her on Lizzie McGuire. I wasn't so surprised though. Once she left Disney it was easy for everyone to relize she is all grown up. Yay Hilary!

Hannah Montana Stuff

A couple of weeks ago I was on iTunes and saw that the Hannah Montana 3 CD was available for $1...and it was the Deluxe Edition too. So I grabbed it and I was pleasently surprised. As some of you may know, I DC Dude, am not that big of a Hannah/Miley fan. But the movie was actually really good but I still think the show is corny. But this CD is good! Knowing that this is the second-to-last Hannah Montana CD makes you listen to the songs more and see what they are about. All of the ballads refer to how she's torn between which world to choose and how she's almost tired of living the double life. The only song that think shouldn't be on there is "Ice Cream Freeze" because it has nothing to do with the plotline of Hannah Montana, but it is a fun song. It the CD is still really cheap on iTunes and you aren't quite sure if you want it, just get it! You won't be dissappointed.

Since the announcement of the final season of Hannah Montana along with her new look, I made some fan-arts for it. I used the pictures that we have here on TE!

Disney Channel Original Movie StarStruck Review

Hey it's Matt!

Here is my review on Disney Channel's StarStruck! I liked it, it was pretty good. I think this movie really balances on a scale with High School Musical and Camp Rock. Not really in comparation but just in great movies. Each of those movies have the same amount of awesomeness I guess you could say. But each of those movies seem different from each other. I liked how the movie focused on the plot. On the above is a picture of the cast. I liked how they portrayed them. They made each character different. I really liked this movie. I really think a StarStruck 2 is coming our way but we don't know. Maybe Jessica and Sara could move in with their Grandma because their parents got a job in Hollywood. That would be big news for Jessica. Maybe Jessica is going on dates with Christopher but Jessica just wants a normal life and all the paparazzi is annoying to her. So maybe Christopher promises Jessica a normal day. But yet again Chris and Jessica have to go on this big adventure to get away from the paparazzi. Then maybe some stuff gets out that isn't even real and Chris gets fired from all his record companies. So it's up to Chris and Jessica to make everything right. Anyway I went totally off topic, I really liked this movie. Watch it again today at 7/8c!

Matt's Percy Jackson And The Olympians: The Lightning Thief Review

Hey! It's Matt! I really want to cut to it because I have so much to say. I loved Percy Jackson And The Olympians: The Lightning Thief! I'm not exaggerating! I mean it! It is my favorite movie! It was better then Twilight, New Moon, or even Transformers! (From here on spoilers may be contained but I still suggest you read this) I loved the action. I loved how the movie never went of topic. They stayed with the plot. I read the whole Percy Jackson and The Olympians series last year. I read The Lightning Thief last Wednesday and Thursday to refresh my memory before I see the movie. The movie is way different from the book! They took out alot of chapters and they added the three pearls thing. They took out a famous character in the book, Clarisse. She is Percy's rival. Not in the way you think. There is a chapter in the book where Clarisse tries to pull a prank on Percy since he is new in the bathroom. Percy uses his water forces and it backfires on Clarisse. Now Clarisse and Percy hate each other. I guarantee you she will be in the next movie. The Sea of Monsters is the next and she goes on a quest in that one. Then Percy sneaks off with his friends because he thinks it should be his quest. Also he needs to save Grover. That one has so much in it. But my point is they will probably put her in it. It's never to late. I loved Percy's mom. She was very compassionate. I loved the fact how she would do anything for him as he would for her. It's just it should be with the mother and the child. I hated Gabe. They made him worse in the movie than in the book. In the end when Gabe went in the refrigerator and saw Medusa's head then turned into stone it was so funny! Even people in the theater started cheering! That was a funny moment! Speaking of Medusa, I loved her. She was played by Uma Thurman. She is really good! She was very sneaky and she would get so close to Percy and Annabeth just to get them to open their eyes. I loved all the characters. I really liked Percy he seems like another better Zac Efron. Annabeth was one of my favorites. She was a real butt kickin chick but, at the same time was beautiful and very compassionate almost like Percy's mom. Grover was hillarious! He made me laugh all the time. Poseidon was my favorite god. In the beginning he seemed so protective of Percy when he was threatening Zeus for Percy's life. When they went to the Lotus Casino I loved it. It was one of my favorite parts. The Underworld part was pretty intense. It's the Underworld not Hell. It seemed like the real Underworld. Hades was funny but Peresephone was enjoyable. It was entertaining watching her. She is a good actress. I loved the movie. What I most liked about it was that the book was asuch a great book and it felt so cool that they put it on the big screen. It was really cool actually seeing the book as a live action movie! I loved it! I just would have liked to see Camp-Half Blood a little more. And it could have been better if they had Clarisse in it. They had so mich cut outs. But hey, the movie was 2 hours and 10 minutes! What more could we ask for?! I love this movie so much and I recomend you see it!

Hannah Montana Season 4 Promos

In the HM4 promos Hannah's hair is curly not wavy. The style in HM4 is pretty different. The outfits are more red carpet outfits I think. Do you like it?

Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Theif Movie Review

DC Dude here with my review of the Percy Jackson movie!
I read the book a couple of weeks ago before I went to go see the movie and I really liked it! It was inventive, fresh, funny, and full of action. I was really excited to see the movie because it seemed like the book was written for a movie.
If you've read this far, I have to warn you that I might put some spoilers in, so watch out. The movie and the book were pretty different. But a good different, like the Inkheart movie, which I think made the book look good. The way the book is set up, each chapter is like a mini adventure, all coming together in the end. The movie makers (amazing Director Chris Columbus of Harry Potter and Christmas with the Kranks) changed that up and made it a lot better. The book focuses a lot on Percy (even though it is his book series) where the movie puts that on the others like Annabeth, Grover, Chiron, and Percy's Mom. This was able to develop them more and let people see them differently than in the book.
One of my favorite parts in the book is with Medusa. The scene in the book is really intense and it all moves very fast. Medusa in the movie was played by the very talented Uma Thurman. She was really creepy and super cool at the same time. I don't think I've ever seen a better Medusa in a movie. When Percy and the gang go to Hell in the book, it's in a recording studio. In the movie its behind the Hollywood sign, but I think the movie version is a lot better. After reading Dante's Inferno in high school, I got this picture of what Hell may look like. Hell in the movie was almost a mirror of that, but so cool! I loved Hades and Persephone. It was cool to see Persephone in the movie and have her be a key character instead of just Hades.
Overall, a really fun movie. They didn't entirely set it up for the next one, but you know there will be =)

StarStruck Soundtrack Review

I went down to pick up the soundtrack for the new DCOM movie "StarStruck" and I was excited but nervous. I loved Sterling Knight's theme song but I wasn't too sure about Anna Margaret. I liked her song on "All Wrapped Up! 2" but her music video for "Something About the Sunshine" was not the best. But I popped it in and all the songs are amazing. "Something About the Sunshine" is really growing on me too!
Sterling Knight is such a good singer! I really hope this is the first of many music projects that we get from him. "Shades" and "Hero" are my favorite songs by him on the CD. "Shades" is probably the best party/dance/fun song in a long time! SERIOUSLY!!! So good...and the slow/ballad songs are really good too. They are beautifully written and easy to sing to.
This CD has the premiere of two new artists. Anna Margaret and Jasmine (NBT). Anna Margaret I think is the new Jordan Pruitt and Steve Rushton. They are all signed to Hollywood Records and they are started their careers on Disney CDs. Jordan was on Disneymanias and Jump In! and Steve was on Hannah Montana and Wizards. It'll be interesting to see where she goes.
Overall...go buy the CD right now!!!!!! I am not kidding. In my opinion, this soundtrack my be better than Camp Rock and right underneath HSM3

Teen Entertainment Mania 6 Official Covers and Official Ful Tracklisting

Heyo teens! It's just me, Matt! I finally made the OFFICIAL covers for Teen Entertainment Mania 6. After this TEM 7 will come out and that willl be made by Tommy. By April or May we hope to have all of them out so we can continue with 8. TEM4 will not be Valentines Day it will be Love Songs and if DC Dude can think of anything more creative then Love Songs that would be better. I made TEM6. I think we will release 2 a month. This should be out by at least late April. There are 2 covers. The top is the one with the Bonus Tracks. The bottom is the one with no bonus tracks. So if you want bonus tracks then get the TEM6 BONUS.

Hannah Montana Season 4 Set Pics and Plots

Hey guys it's Matt again! Here are some Hannah Monatna Season 4 set pics. The Stewart family moved in to a new home! Away from Rico's! So here's part of the plot. The Stewart family has moved into a new home. A reason why Robby Ray chose this decision has not been released yet. Lily is living with the Stewarts so she is still with them. But on the other hand unfortunately Oliver is not so much a cast member anymore. He will be a recurring cast member. He will bascially just be visting a few times. Also there will be a new neighbor that befreinds Jackson. So what do you think? Do you think Rico will still be in it? Do you think he will be in it at all? I hope so! Rico is a hilarious character and so is Oliver! Mitchell is getting his own show on Disney XD called Pair of the Kings so maybe he is not going to be a full cast member because of that. Moises has a short series on Disney XD called Moises rules where he battles kids and teens in obstacules. I think Moises still should have that short series but should also have his own full sereis on Disney XD or Disney Channel. He is really funny!

New Banner and TE Stats!

Hey guys, it's Matt! I Just put up a new banner for the Percy Jackson And The Olympians: The Lightning Thief Premiere! This banner will change quickly just to let you know. Also Happy Vlaentines Day from Teen Entertainment! This month is our Valentines Month so expect lots of stuff like that. Also Teen Entertainment Mania the Valentines Editon will come out this month. And to give you a little sneak peek on next month in March on Teen Entertainment will be going green! We will give you tips on how to go green, how to be green (not actually being green), and stuff like that. Also it fits right in for St. Patrick's Day because one of the colors for that holiday is green! And don't forget Dr. Seuss! There is a musical about all of his books called Seussical the Musical so expect a lot of songs from that being posted up. And also a lot of his books will be sold here. So be excited for fun and everything else you want to call this!

It's Official No Editons For TEM!

Hey guys it's Matt! Josh annouced a few days ago that we may not do editions for the TEM cd series. Well I thought about it and I'm making it official that TEM will not normaly have editions. Not totally no editons, though. Teen Entertainment Mania isn't gonna have editions but we will have speacial editons. For example there would be TEM, TEM2, TEM3, TEM4, TEM5, and then maybe TEM6 will be a speacial editon for example maybe TEM6 Valentine's Day! Just an example. But in the name for the speacial editions we will not have the word edition in the name unless we have to. So for Teen Entertainment Mania 6 I'm gonna change it and remake the whole cover. It's not going to be Remix Edition so possibly the whole tracklisting will change. So what do you think about this change?

A Few Music Reviews

So I've purchased a few CD's in the past while and thought it would be nice to give a review for everyone.
The first one is from the movie Fame. Naturi Naughton is one fo the main characters. She plays Denise who later discovers her love and talent for singing. In the movie, she was offered a record deal, but she turned it down because they wouldn't take her friends as well. But this CD is like she did take it. The songs are centraled around what Denise experiences in the movie and some of them begin with a little voice over intro from Naturi. The album is pretty good. It has a hip-hop/R&B sound with some amazing ballads. It's really cool that they gave the stars of the movie a chance to voice themselves even more by letting them record a full length record. In a few weeks Collins Pennie will release an album from Fame as Malik. I don't know if I'll get his but I'll see how it sounds. I really hope they do one for Asher Book!

Now for some singles! J Lo released her new single "Louboutins" a after she performed it on So You Think You Can Dance but I finally decided to get it. It has such a fun beat and the words are really easy to remember, and the next thing you know you're singing it with J Lo! Such a fun song. If you are confused about the title, you pronounce it Loo-Bah-Tawns. Kinda funny, but such a great song.

Selena Gomez was featured on a song by Forever the Sickest Kids last year, and I really liked the song. But the reviews on iTunes weren't that great. So a few weeks ago I took the chance and got it. The people who bought it were so wrong! They said the Selena Gomez wasn't right for the song, but she is sooooo good! She's got such a good sound for this rock/pop genre that she was the perfect girl for a duet.

Soon I'll do a review for Nick Jonas & the Administration's debut album and on Tuesday the soundtrack for Starstruck comes out. So excited!

Teen Entertainment Mania: No More Editions

Hey guys. Now That Ive Thought About It, I Really Dont Like This Edition Idea. Like I Mean, IDK i Just Feel Like Its Unnecessary to put it. Like Disney Edition?? Like Its Pretty Obvious Its A Disney one Just By The Cover. So I'm Sorry Matt & DcDude. I Should Have thought About This Before We Made the Covers. & If You guys Want. I Can Do The Covers You guys made Over. Just to Make It Up To Yous. Also, i Kinda Dont Like The Idea Of All Of Them being Different. Like SOme The Same (1-4) and The Rest All Different?? I Dont Get it, But Hey This Is My Opinion. Matt tommy & DC Dude Might Think Wayy Different, But i Just Wanted To let You guys Know. & I Have Redone My Covers. So Tell me If We Should Keep The Old Ones. Or Give Them The Boot For These New Ones. New Music for February 2

Tomorrow is a huge day for music. To me, tomorrow is the beginning of an awesome spring full of music. We've got an awesome single and amazing debit album coming out.Nick Jonas & the Administration's CD come out tomorrow with their hit single and title track "Who I Am". I've been waiting for this CD to come out forever! The samples are really good on Amazon and they actually do an unmix of the Jo Bros song "Tonight". Can't wait! The next is an amazing single from a brand new group We Are the Fallen.
We Are the Fallen is a band comprised of past band members of Evanescence and singer Carly Smithson of American Idol. They have a similar sound (basically the same) as Evanescence but they give such a fresh sound to it! You can listen to their single on their official website and check out there sound. Can't wait!
